Every year at the end of the year, shopping malls and supermarkets tend to stock up on a lot of New Year's goods. If food is stored in warehouses or factories with humid air, it can easily lead to excessive microorganisms, product mold, spoilage, and other problems. In order to reduce unnecessary losses, we must take effective preventive measures in advance. In fact, supermarkets will install heating in winter, and the temperature will be relatively high after entering. If a large industrial fan is used for ventilation, it is a good choice.
Industrial fans adopt the scientific principles of modern aerodynamics, which can enhance air flow and bring comfort to the human body. At the same time, they control the condensation of air on the ground or metal surfaces, reduce bacteria and mold, and make your work environment more refreshing and comfortable. In cloudy and rainy weather, it is possible to maintain air circulation in the storage workshop, thereby ensuring product quality.
Additionally, we would like to remind everyone that food storage should also pay attention to the following points:
(1) The places and equipment for storing food should be kept clean, free of mold, mouse marks, flies, and cockroaches. Toxic and harmful substances (such as rodenticides, insecticides, detergents, disinfectants, etc.) and personal belongings should not be stored.
(2) Food should be classified and stored on shelves, at a distance of more than 10cm from walls and floors, and regularly inspected. The use should follow the principle of first in, first out, and spoiled and expired food should be promptly removed.
(3) The temperature for food refrigeration and frozen storage should meet the temperature range requirements for refrigeration and freezing, respectively.
